Yes. Samples are available for many products and are highly recommended to help you evaluate color, finish, and overall appearance before placing a larger order.
We generally recommend ordering 10–15% additional material to account for cuts, waste, breakage, and future repairs. Complex layouts and diagonal installations may require additional overage.
Because shade variation, dye lots, and manufacturer production runs may change over time, we strongly recommend purchasing the full quantity needed for your project, including overage. Ordering everything together helps ensure the most consistent appearance possible.

Shipping & Delivery
Stone & Tile Depot distributes products from facilities in Florida and California. Depending on the product and availability, orders may ship from either location to provide efficient delivery throughout the United States.

Large freight shipments typically require a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Yes. Someone should be available to inspect and accept the shipment at the time of delivery. Failure to schedule or accept delivery may result in delays, storage fees, or return charges.

No. Stone & Tile Depot is a tile supplier and does not provide installation services. We recommend working with a qualified installer familiar with the specific material being installed.
Before installation, we recommend opening all boxes, inspecting the material, blending pieces from multiple boxes, and dry-laying the tile to ensure a balanced appearance. Verify quantities, color, finish, and overall appearance before installation. Once installed, the material is considered accepted.
Absolutely. Material should always be inspected before installation. Once installed, the material is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return.
